Bait and switch - Cell C, the master deceivers

I signed up for the "best internet in the country'. From day 1, it has never worked properly. At 2AM in works perfectly, but from 6AM to 11 PM is utterly useless. It works 5 min, then useless. I also tested the network with a pay as you go, Cant even make one descent call without the signal breaking up or the call being dropped. Bloemfontein DOES NOT HAVE CELL C COVERAGE.
I had been calling Cell C for about 3 weeks, and every time there was another excuse. Finally it was said that it might be network related. 21 July I received the form, and by the 28th cell C confirmed they had received it back. I was told that a technician would contact me and test my location on the network. Well it has been 31 DAYS = NOTHING.
I phone again today, and a (Real Complement) very nice agent told me that she could not help me, as the query is waiting on somebody else or another department. And that there is no time frame for when this would be sorted out.
In other words: Dear Client, we are having issues, you will pay at least 3 months for service we can't deliver and with no guarantee of when we will deliver. We are sorry, but that is how it is
