I have renewed two contracts on Saturday 12 October 2013. After spending more than a hour to do this the assistant assured me that BIS (which is inclusive) was already activated and fully functional. I phoned twice on Sunday as it was not activated and again on Monday. I know have to wait for another 48 hours for them to check the reason and maybe it will be working then. In the meantime am I already paying for the service.
If this is the service I can expects from Cell C...
