CellC - as a fairly new customer I'm horrified at your service and lack of transparency!

My cellphone bill was double its normal amount this month and you cant tell me why. If anything my bill should be less as i now have WiFi all day and leave it connected. I call you to investigate this and all you can tell me is that its internet charges? Sorry but that's not good enough - but i guess it doesn't matter to you as you've already debited my account.

Where are my rights as a consumer?? surely i am entitled to know exactly why you took double the amount you usually do. Never mind that your call centre agent promised me he'd get back to me with an answer in 48 hours... that was almost 2 weeks ago!

Shocking! Having some serious buyers remorse here CellC... not cool.
