No Response From Hacked Mxit Account

It is almost a year. I still have not received any feedback from Mxit team Support about my hacked Mxit account.
I have lost all the pictures and stored messages from that mxit and thanks to your mxit support team I have no access to retrieve them back!

You'l have allowed to change cell number and emails in the mxit Profile without Verification which was a Stupid Idea.

You'l need to have better ways to Secure Profiles and to retrieve lost password, because thanks the way you'l have created the mxit profiles, I lost my Mxit Account and lost hope retrieving it back thanks to you'l lame way of retrieving it and not getting back to me...
