How many times more will the phone be put down

So I recently got an international job but residing in SA . Realising that my iMessage on my iPhone wasn't working I thought of browsing the net before phoning but the only answers where to phone them.

Dialed the number and went through all the steps 4 times, each time the moment someone greats me the phone dies... Now I have had excellent service from them in the past but now that I really need help I am not getting any. Really???
