Client for more than 10 years about to leave

Both myself and my husband have cellphone contracts with Nashua Mobile for more than 10 years. The service has never been bad and we have been happy cuctomers for quite some time. This year the service delivery has done a 180 degree turn and I have never experienced a company who cares so little for its customers.
I have logged a complaint a week ago and have received no feedback not even a useless notification that they actually cared enough to read the complaint. We have been struggling to cancel an expired cntract for the past 10 months and we are having no joy whatsoever. We have been to the nearest branch with no joy, contacted the contact centre who made promises but did nothing and I have complained on every multimedia source I can find, still not even a nod to acknowledge our existance. If this is how you treat loyal customers I just don't know... large corporation 10 consumer 0

Nashua Mobile sell contracts. Vodacom can't supply
