I had a response back from Nashua Mobile to say they are sorry for any inconvenience, and they will be in touch with me shortly. It has been two weeks today and still no response, not even after a laywers letter that gave them till close of shop on the 2 July 2013.I think it is super arrogant of these big companies. Just remember it is me and your other customers that pays your salaries. I will be closing all my contracts that Has been coming on for more than 8 years now, as they end the term. If that is how Nashua Mobile treats a loyal customer, I don't want to know how they treat customers that just started with them. You can read about it in the news paper also, soon. I am fed up and no wonder there are nearly 3000 complaints about Nashua Mobile on Hello Peter.
