CELL C - APPALLING SERVICE - WORST EVER

In July 2012 I contacted Cell C regarding a problem registering on My Account. To date (6 months later!) it is still not resolved.

I have sent numerous emails (to which I have not received any response except the automated one) phoned on at least 10 occassions, then transferred from department to department put on hold numerous times (I have probably spent over 3 hours on the phone), on at least 5 occasions I have been promised that someone will phone back - I am still waiting! When I phoned today I am told the case has been closed as it has been resolved - well thanks for telling me!! I STILL CANNOT REGISTER ON MY ACCOUNT!!

This has to be the worst service I have ever received from any service supplier. It's time I changed suppliers, but I'm locked into a contract.

From the number of service complaints for Cell C registered on Hello Peter this seems to be the norm. HOW CAN A COMPANY DO BUSINESS THIS WAY, IT'S SHOCKING!!
