No authority of any kind was given to Mira Networks to bill my MTN Service Provider Acc. no. AO382162 with a deduction for "Content Charge". This in my opinion are a and a sure i will not be refunded. Only myself have access to my Handset and i am 100% that no such services was requested from my Handset. MTN wash their hands with no assistance. Are they in on the deal? Just another way the SA Consumer get scamed and nothing can be done!
