Neotel terminates but still invoices R 5, 281.48

Neotel terminates the contract as they state that they can't provide a services (This after providing a services for almost 2 years before hand) and still have the nerve to invoice a termination fee and invoice for R 5, 281.48.
This after already deducting R 792.43 from my bank account which they claim that they will refund... When?
