To whom it may concern

This I am very unhappy about the service that I have received, my blackberry has been sent in for repair and has taken more than 21 working days, I have a prepaid phone with Vodacom and they never take this long, two weeks max and if they cant fix the problem they give you a refurbished phone. The reason why it took so long is because my phone was sent to two tech personal, I know this because I follow up using the reference number. Because of my bad experiences with your service I shall not up grade next year, will take out a contract else where and will not recommend Cell C to any one running a business, On top of this the network is always down concerning Bbm, and Vodacom works just fine all the time. This is not the first time my phone has been sent for repair as well, if you sell phones make sure they work,
