Unable to correctly activate a contract

I opened a data contract with a tablet at the end of July. Since then the shop has activated and de-activated the contract (incorrectly) three time!!! Now I sit with a voice contract on a device that can't even call!!!

Yet nobody at the shop seems to care because the shop is being renovated...

Every time I have to take time off work, go wait in a que (that can take up to half an hour) and still the issue does not get resolved. I don't believe in shouting but I do believe that I deserve the respect of getting it right!

How do I fix this?
