Wrong ITC Listing

Cellc Changed my account from debit order to cash without my knowledge, for the passed two months I had to fight with them because they blocked my phone and laptop, they told me last month that my account is in errears and that I should pay cash I told them that Im not going to do that because they were suppose to deduct the money from my account, they then deducted the money the next day after I had to fight with thenm, this month again I had the same problem, they debnit for my laptop but the want me to pay cash for my cellphone and I have been with cellc for more than two years and for that 2 years they have been debiting my account. I just found out now that they listed me opn ITC as if I didnt pay my account this month, my account is uptodate and I fought with them so that the fix the debit order issue, I was surprised now to find that I was listed. I will sue Cell C if I have to, they are messing up my name and Im in a process of buying a house, they need to fix what they have done.
