Worst service supplier of 2013 is Vodacom

I have a Vodacom. account for probably more than 10 years with Vodacom. I am on the Smart M package and when i get notified of my data running low or running out (they sms me). My bill is supposed to be about R499 and a few cents. I then turn my data off. I am now getting bills of R585.35 and R571.61.

I now get a bill of more than what was agreed. I DONT put my data on at all but if I need to use apps for any reason - I then go to my family and use their wifi as to not use data.

What rip offs! Worst service supplier of 2013 is Vodacom

I will be telling one and all of my terrible service!
