I recently noticed that although I didn't even switch my handset on, that all my airtime had disappeared. Cell c advised me that Buongiorno had been taking R5 or R6 per day since March 2013. I called Buongiorno and after they keep you going in circles on their answering service you eventually get through to their call centre. Call centre then advises that they are unable to assist and that you must send a mail. Call centre agent did advise that I subscribed via internet. I don't have internet on my phone so she was stumped and could not advise further. This is just a rip off and the company is defrauding millions of subscribers without their consent. It needs to be referred to Carte Blanche as a matter of urgency. I am still trying to get my refund plus compensation for time lost in trying to resolve this.
