How you are as a new entrepreneur supposed to run your business with Telkom? Telkom promises the best, offers the best for your business, yet when you purchase their offers, you get ENDLESS PROBLEM!! Really, even their complaints department is a joke, in my life I have never received such bad service, and the one guy is as incompetent as the next. Not one person was willing to go the extra mile or put in just a little more effort to help me. It has been a long process of emails, faxes and phone calls and my problem is still not sorted!!! This is disgusting Telkom, all I wanted is a domain, that I paid for, now all I have is endless problems!!!
