MTN ALLOWED TO HAPPEN ON OUR ACCOUNT

My daughter and I both have MTN contracts. MTN uploads our account each month with airtime and sms. But for the last two months we both noticed that our airtime is evaporating into thin air before we have made even one single phone call. I phoned the customer care (ref 96348611) over the weekend and was told that a particular company was deducting money from both our accounts, without our permission. This company is called OPERA TELECOMMS. Neither my daughter nor I have any idea who they are, how they gained access to our cell numbers and further more how they are managing to commit on our account without MTN even bringing this to our attention? When money is involved, the bank check with you if something untoward is happening on your account and perhaps MTN should be more diligent with their clients' money. A simple sms from MTN questioning us as to whether we authorised this company to access our account would have been sufficient. I will be laying a charge of with the S.A.P. I expect MTN to make the effort to recover our money, failing to so will result in a negative complaint being laid with Wendy Knowler Consumer Watch (Indep Newspapers) and ICASA.
