MTN - No reception for 5 days now

Cell phone reception in Pretoria East has been down and MTN does not seem how to get their own networks resolved. I have made 6 or more calls the past 2 days, I have asked to speak to the manger of the coverage department, but we get no response.
I have been a very loyal MTN customer for 10 years and have only had good things to say about them, that will change from today.
I will discourage every person to use MTN, their service and failure really disappointed me for the last time.
