In November I missed a payment as a result to no funds in my account. In December I called and asked then to debit the money outstanding, money was in the account and I received an SMS confirming that the debit will go through. Well it didn't, it was December and I was on holiday and ended up spending the money because I didn't check if the debit went through or not. In January got a call from Vodacom now the amount outstanding ended up being too much for me to pay at once.

Made an arrangement with Vodacom to pay the account in May and I settled the account in September 2013. Ever since then I've called more than four times to ask for a settlement letter. I want my name to be cleared and I need the letter because I want to apply for credit.

I've been a customer of Vodacom for more then 3years and loyalty means nothing. They were quick to place the late payments on the credit Berea but they take their time once uve settled.
