Bad network and bad service

Hi Alan

I last month I joined the Cell C network, moving over from MTN. Once my phone was activated, I was distraught to discover that at best of times I get one bar of Cell C signal at my house. As I live in an upper class built up suburb I find this unacceptable. I estimate that a good 10 000- 20 000 of potential Discovery Vitality members live within a 5 KM radius of my house. I have spent hours every week trying to get a repeater installed in my house or area to deal with this issue. Firstly I continually get cut off from the Cell C Customer service number. To this date I have made very little progress. I have been asked numerous times to complete the same forms, answer the same question, and I always get the same answer, that being the technical team will investigate it. Finally I received a mail with a number I must contact for to arrange for the repeater installation. I called the number only to find out it was the switch board at the Cell C head office. Is this some kind of joke, as I find it extremely insulting? If you are unable to resolve this issue I expect to be relieved of my 24 month contact that I have signed so I can move back to MTN
