I had the same problem when my contract was upgraded last year, and had to resort to Hello Peter to have it resolved. I thought this year would be different?
My contract has expired and the agent I dealt with last month promised to contact me back to finalise it 'as her system was hanging', I only found this month when I was billed ridiculously high that it was not upgraded. It's a 100 package, the airtime is being deducted every day for no apparent reason. Lat year I was reimbursed, and it seems like I have to go through the same process again this year. I have called the call centres many times, though no one has been able to assist.
