5 Phones later and still no end

I Have already been through this, this year in April where i had issues and got my 3rd phone (refurbished).
that refurbished phone ended up having the same issues as the original phone where by it turned off for no reason and the paint peeled everywhere. I took the phone to Vodacare Umhlanga and had too book it in (again).
So went through the same procedure being told it had a priority set on it because of my prior problems i have experienced. so much priority that i waited 10 days to hear that they issued me with another phone (No.4) but that they were sending that unit in because the tested it in-store and that phone's screen wasn't working. so before i had even received it there was an issue. So now i have to wait for that phone to go through the process of being assessed which will now make it 2 and a half weeks plus without my phone, 2 and a half weeks that i have paid for a service and not received. in April i requested a contract cancellation with no penalty but i was dissuaded out of it. this time my only solution that will give peace of mind is that this contract be terminated immediately with no penalty.
