Hi. I have finally received my new phone from Altech. BIG UPS to their Head Office staff especially Nelisiwe, who has been assisting me from day since I lodged my complaint about the Sandton branch that calls customers RUBBISH. At the risk of asking for too much, what is left now is an apology from the guys at your Sandton branch who insulted me and husband infront of the other staff members and customers.

All in all am happy
