I logged a complain with Autopage. They bill the customers with amounts and debit the accounts without informing the customer when you upgrade. Then the get back to you and say they will refund the money and they will phone you back and they don't I logged a complaint on the 29th of June, Fatima phoned me back after leaving several messages and told me the fund of R600 will be done this was a week ago. I left it for a week. Yesterday I phoned and left a mess for her to phone me, she did not, today I phone her two times and still she did not return my calls. The people answering the calls said she's busy with other customers. Does customer service not mean anything to Autopage, do they have enough customers. I've got 4 accounts with them. Are they will to cancel all 4 accounts? WITHOUT COST???
