I am still waiting for delivery promised for Thurs

Following up on my initial complaint - contract renewed on 15th December 2012. The phone was never delivered - I have a long litany of promises. I was eventuallly promised the phone would be delivered on Thursday 24th. I am still waiting - no calls from service staff
