My fault that upgrade wasn't processed

Upgraded my contract online with promise that upgrades before 12 noon would be delivered next day - received no confirmation of order and no delivery. On calling customer service centre Portia (ref 313310248) informed me that there is no record of upgrade and that its because I did something wrong. I was a bit put out that she was so eager to accuse me of making a mistake with my application and not consider it might be something wrong with the website- especially after I pointed out that the website initially said I was unregistered for RICA.
