Money taken for a contract cancelled 3 months ago

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have cancelled my contract with Virgin Mobile in July already and it seems as though money is still being pulled off by debit order from my account 3 months later, This surely is an issue as they not living up to their values and taking money that is not rightfully theirs. Please investigate my case and reimburse my money into my account ASAP.

This seems to be very as I did not use their network for the past 3 months.

Other issues experienced...
I have on numerous times tried calling the number 0741 000 123 for assistance but the number seems to be engaged all day long.
I have sent messages from the website but never received any feedback at all.
