Loss of Upgrade

I was contacted by the Nashua Mobile call center on the 26th September to facilitate an upgrade on my 3 contracts with Nashua Mobile.
I accepted an upgrade on all 3 contracts and requested that my upgrade be sent to the Norwood Mall store.
On Monday the 30th September I called your call center and was told that the items had been delivered to the Norwood Mall store the morning of the 30th.
I arranged time off work to go and collect the goods on Tuesday afternoon, the 1st October, only to be told on arrival that the goods had not been delivered.
I made numerous calls to the call center to try and determine what was going on, only to be told by Jacob at 16h00 that I would receive a return call with information on my order from Elana before 5pm.
At 5pm when I still had not received a call, i called again and was told that the order was lost.
This morning I called the call center and was told that the order had been lost by the courier company and they would resend my order but cannot send to the store of my choice.

This upgrade was required for the birthday of my child on the 3rd of October, where I have now been left in the lurch.

What is going to be done to resolve this?
