Cell c bad service

How do I start. Ever since I opened this account it has been problems. Why can't the company provide a good service? What are we paying for if we can't use any thing.
The signal is so bad not even cell c itself can get hold of me and above that the charge me for thing I did not even do? And nobody can prove anything. Then they go and shut down my account? really? how many times did I email and phone to resolve the issue and as soon as you get the change you just close the account.

The I try to call them and they say they cannot help. Well after 10 years of being a customer with Cell c. It going to end because I will no longer delta with this nonsense.

So if somebody to not contact me today. There will be trouble because this is going on for 12 days already . 48 hour is nonsense . i have proof of all emails and phone calls.

And good luck with getting a hold of me because never have signal . and this is the same for the last year.
