Poor service and coverage

On the 24th of September, my son and I went to Cell C in Brits to take out two new contract. One including a phone and one excluding. My phone, cell no was 0740344412, didn't have any 3G coverage and I was told that there was some kind of problem with Brits' signal tower. The next morning, 25th of September, I went back to the branch and was told a completely different story. They told me that they forget to activate some kind of service, because of the fact that I'm using an I-phone (which I find ridiculous) I then drove through to Potchefstroom, hoping that my 3G coverage will come back, but still no internet connection. I phoned the Brits branch again and told them that I want to cancel the contract, for it is not working. My prepaid Vodacom sim card worked fine without any problems. Eventually, after much phoning and phoning for an answer, my contract was cancelled. Only to find out that I loose my R150 airtime and I have to pay 2 months subscriptions as a termination fee. Nothing worked correct from the start so why am I suppose to pay termination fees? I am very disappointed in Cell C and their service and wouldn't have taken out the contract if I knew what was waiting for me.
