Airtime Deduction

I usually top up my daughters CellC account via internet transfer. Usually I buy The combined bundles or data plus airtime. This instance I did the same but only airtime. To our surprise the whole amount has been deducted. On enquiring she was told she must have subscribed to this "Smartcall" which she know zilch about. Could someone in this billing section investigate and do the honorable as this kind of action would mean we have to go for alternatives
