Crapy Service from Vodacom

I logged a call 3 months ago with Vodacom after I became a victim of identity, where a Smart M account was opened in my name. they asked me to send them the necessary papers which I did immediately. This was in July. Lo and behold 3 months later still don't have even an sms from Vodacom as to the status of my case.
I have called so many times even lost track and every time same answer: " we are busy with investigations you will receive a call in the next 3 days" Well 3 days became 3 months now and still no answer.
considering that identity is a serious matter, and the way this is being handled by Vodacom the only option for me is to switch over to another network that knows how to look after their customers.
