Cell C
BAD SERVICE AS THERE IS NO SERVICE

My phone was received at the Cell C Repair Centre in Midrand on the 02/09/2013 for repairs as the scroller on my BB did not work. A quote was sms to me on the 11/09/2013 for the device to be fixed. I authourised this on the same day - 11/09/2013 by phoning them to continue. When contacting Cell C on 19/09/2013 they said that the phone is to be replaced and would be delivered to Mall @ Reds on Friday 27/09/2013. I went to the store on the 29/09/2013 to collect the phone, but it was not there. When I contacted them yesterday 30/09/2013 I was promised that the phone would be dispatched on Monday and I could collect it on Tuesday. It is now Tuesday and it was only dispatched today and am now told that I will get it on Friday. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! This, for a phone that is to be replaced no repairs.
