What appears to be amazing service and good client care is a wolf in sheep's clothing - they promise you a contract without advising you of hidden costs and then do not take your phone calls, assist you with technical service or even bother to respond to an email. They do not give you your contract, Vodacom Head office pushes you from pillar to post but they are great at marketing campaigns and promising you the world.
Ten days later and we do not receive calls from either the dealer or Vodacom. They do not provide the facts and as long as they have your bank details they could not care less. Their call centre agents are clueless and dont bother returning calls, you log a call via email address, get a reference number and then get lost inthe maze
I suppose as long as the clients keep registering we could care less about the innocent people who are being taken for a ride.
