I have been requesting since MARCH this year (2013) that my Invoices are changed to My Business name as opposed to my personal name.
My company pays the account, but can't claim VAT as the Invoice is in my Personal name!!
I have gone in-store originally to do this, but I am at the end of Sept 2013 and this is still not done after numerous calls and store visits!!! I have also filled in various forms both in store and also emailed them to various people who promises me that this is being taken care off... to date NOTHING has happened!!!
I have to date not found ANYBODY to assist me, as EVERYONE that I speak to pass the buck and I get send around with no results!
I would like somebody to come forward to assist me... I spend 5000 a month with this service provider and do not think I could continue this ONE-SIDED relationship!!!
I would like to MTN Rosebank to assist me as a matter of URGENCY!!! As ANOTHER month has gone without anything happening.
PLEASE call me so I can email the relevant documentation to you.
I am FRUSTRATED beyond belief, angry and just plain tired of being sent around without direction!
