I upgraded two contracts on the 29th July 2013. When I went back to MTN Nr 3 SIMMONDS Street JHB, for another reason, I notice that the invoice does not reflect the upgrade on the package but I am charged UPGRADE fees (pathetic!) Mpho at the branch says that it will be rectified. I have received 2 statements Aug and Sep and IT IS NOT SORTED!!! THERE IS EVEN A CHARGE FOR BIS, AND MY BB WAS UPGRADED TO A SAMSUNG!!! THIS IS THE FIRST SERVICE PROVIDER THAT OFFERS BIS FOR SAMSUNG! Maybe this is new? There is even a promo fee that is a debit when it was supposed to be a credit!!? Again accounts people in MTN not understanding debits and credits? I really regretting upgrading with an inefficient Co and this will be the last. MTN-- PLEASE MAKE AN EFFECT TO UNDERSTAND AND MAKE YR BUSINESS EFFICIENT BECAUSE IN ANY OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE, THIS CAN BE SEEN AS CHEATING/DISHONEST/MISLEADING THE CUSTOMER AND MANY MANY MORE NEGATIVES. WAKE UP!!!
