For months, MTN has been billing me for a third party service that I have not approved. When I took this up with MTN, they essentially said that it is not their problem and I must take it up with the third party on behalf of who they are billing for.

What gives the MTN the right to take my money and give it to other parties without my permission? It seems that MTN does not value their customer or the unscrupulous parties that use spam and other means to customers out of money.

After being an MTN customer for approximately 15 years, I will definitely be changing my service provider as they have demonstrated their constant "don't care attitude"!
