A while back I purchased a 4mb home uncapped based on the really good price on offer and the fact that downloads after 12am until 6am are not counted towards your usage. I now received a 3 / 5 star rating which shaped my downloads and general browsing on the 26 of the month. Which impacted on the quality of browsing etc. Phoned Web Africa to query this as I had only done /- 30GB usage during normal operational hours and the rest of my downloads had been within the agreed timeframe of 12am to 6am /- 90GB for the 26 days of September. I'm now told that since they have now moved to IS's network, the policy no longer applies. You are baiting customers, not disclosing a very important detail of the agreement that no longer applies, impacting on the quality of the service people are paying for and then keeping them locked in to a months notice when they feel like they have been cheated. I want the months notice redacted. I don't want to use the service of an ISP that abuses oppurtunities. What company want's to hang on to an irate customer if they aren't happy with the uncouth dealings and non-disclosure. I am within my rights to cancel and I no longer want to deal with WA.
