Pathetic Service

I sent a report on the 16 of September to complain about my defective phone which had been in for repairs twice in less than six months. I was told that someone from escalations would get back to me as soon as possible. The problem is, my phone had been off, as it has a pathetic battery life, and I was asked to provide an alternative number on which I can be contacted which I provided the next day. To this day I haven't received a return call and to make matters worse the phone came back damaged from its second trip to the repair centre. I have now sent my phone back to repairs for the third time in less than three months and find myself back at square one - no phone, no feedback, and as sure as daylight, my contract bill that has to be paid at the end of the month.
