Once again 8-ta or Telkom Mobile or whatever name they using these days has proven to be shocking.

IT IS CURRENTLY NOT POSSIBLE TO UPGRADE FROM A 10GIG INTERNET SAVER 5 PACKAGE TO A HIGHER SMARTERINTERNET PACKAGE 15 GIG. (PRICE DIFFERENCE R100)

In any words possible, please explain the logic behind this!!!

How can you not allow me to pay you more??? Its really a shame, but the folks behind the scene have zero logic.
