INVENTING CHARGES

After last months battle to get the "migration fee" removed from my account I have now been charged for "wireless activation fee". I never asked for this and request that this charge be reversed. It seems that your company goes out of their way to invent extra charges. I thought cell c was impossible to deal with but telkom mobile are worse. I have been retrenched and am unemployed and object strongly to this unauthorized charge.
