I honestly cannot believe such a reputable company can be so incompetent..
I really cannot believe it.
After everything that I have done to make u guys aware that my account is not closed, after a hello peter complain,
After calling and emailing, after u guys telling me that my account has been closed... u still debit..
Are you guys aware that if a debit order bounces, it has a negative effect on my credit profile?
Can someone tell me what to do now, because I have ran out of options.
And please do not tell me to reverse it because it is my precious that I am taking to go to the bank to get this reversed.
