I took in my Iphone 5 for repairs 3 weeks & 2 days ago to your Eastgate branch (Mr Price entrance). I have been phoning call center almost everyday lately and it`s like talking to a brick wall. Get no positive feedback. Can someone please come back to me and let me know whats happening. Just not acceptable!!!
