Vodacom Useless!!!

2 Months ago I was offered via telephone a R205 modem with a sim that includes 1gig data. When my order arived there was the R205 modem with 2 sim cards. Now I am struggling for 2 months with Vodacom to cancel the second sim that was incorrectly delivered by Vodacom. Every month I have to pay for this sim that I don't use and that they have collected already. I have spoken to them over the phone numerous times to sort this out. Nothing as yet. Useless if you ask me!!!
