I'm with Nashua mobile for many years. I've upgraded my phone from a Backberry to a Samsung S3 in November last year. After my upgrade I had to go back twice to remove my BIS and a 30 mb bold on from the contract. The BIS was removed but not the 30mb bold on. Last month I went over my 150mb and has to paid the extra data. Therefore the 30Mb did not kick in. TI visited the store today where Francios (if it is his name) to clear this up. He took my number, look it up on the system and advice my arrogantly why do pay so much for 30Mb? When I ask him to fix it, he promptly said the system is down!! Ps The is person where suppose to fix this in November already! I told him that is incompetent and that I want to see his Manager. He jump up to call her/him, but not avail. He then stand with his hand in his pockets and to me to leave the shop, because I cannot talk to him like that. I've decided my blood pressure is sky high and left after 3min with no manager is sight! GREAT SERVICE!!!
