False advertising

Hi I was due for an upgrade on my contract of more than 10 years. I looked on the website and found a deal that suited me. I spoke to a consultant Vusi and she said the deal is not valid anymore.

How can that be as it is advertised on the website or is it just false advertising? She said she could give me something similar. But it was not at all similar as it was about R200.00 more than the one I was looking at. And I get less free minutes, data and I get more sms's that I don't even use that much. They are very quick to alter and change the contrakts or make them obsolete, that is service for you. When I signed up there was lots of deals for weekender but now there is next to no deals. That is bad, it seems to me they don't care about contract consumers and just about the prepaid customers.
