Unexceptable poor service from mtn

Its the second time we complaint about the poor service at mtn welkom, and up til today, nobody even phoned to appolizise, and its going for 3months now. We upgrade our contract and took a promotion were you get a TV with. We did the upgrade in July, and still we have not receive the TV.No one keeps us up to date on what's going on. This is really not customer service, this is totally unexceptable. We want to cancel the contract with mtn, we don't want to have anything to do with such bad service. For 3months and we don't have the TV, why did we take it then??? We will never deal with mtn again, this is really beyond bad service. We don't know if we ever gone get the TV... al we know is that mtn will never see as again in there stores.
