I would like to compliment Shantae Pillay at the Cell C Store in the Fourways Mall, she was very helpful and patient when I went to the store this afternoon needing assistance with my new phone. Its so wonderful to find great customer service as such, when as a consumer in South Africa, you are usually faced with "dont care" attitudes in most stores you enter. Cell C should really recognise and appreciate staff like Shantae. Most definately what more of our stores in SA need-Great Staff!! Thank You Shantae...
