For the third time in a row, Nashua Mobile has failed to deliver what it promised on my account upgrade. Last time it took weeks of harassing to obtain the bluetooth device I had paid for. This time they've delivered my new phone with a simcard that doesn't fit, and are now refusing to send me a replacement - they want me to waste my time and petrol going into one of their branches to correct the error THEY made. I think not. When I called customer services to complain I was told they had no record of my nubmer on their system. When I emailed marketing (in response to an email thanking me for my upgrade, but containing the incorrect information about my account), nobody responded. The pathetic agent who handled my upgrade keeps sending me semi-coherent emails riddled with spelling mistakes, and will not answer a straight question - he is continually trying to pass the problem back to me. I am kicking myself that I ever gave them a second chance, let alone a third, but after nearly 20 years as their customer, I think I deserve better service than this.
