Cheap price for bad service

I completed the online form to purchase the sim card that's loaded with 1 GIG of data per month for 24 months.
Great deal that only costs R69. I was called back by Nompumelelo that assisted with finalising the deal and explained everything that i had questions about. She then advised that she would forward my order to be processed so that the simcard would be delivered (within 5 business days). I was in no hurry as i had enough data on my prepaid sim that would last the rest of the month. 3 weeks had passed and no delivery.
I called them again and spoke to Denzil who advised that there was no order number hence the simcard not being despatched. He wanted to transfer me to another department that could "follow up" on this but seeing that i didnt have another 10 minutes to stay on the line, i asked for an email address that i could forward my query to. To my chagrin, he told me that this dept didnt have an email address and neither did they. (In this day and age). Be very careful of these cheap deals as you will pay the price in other ways.
